Privacy policy
Short version: this site has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and never sells data. Effective September 5, 2026.
What this site collects
- No accounts or tracking scripts. This site does not use analytics beacons, fingerprinting scripts, cookies or local storage. Search location and program are included in the page URL so you can share a search; your browser may retain that URL in its history.
- Search queries. When you search for food resources, your query (ZIP or city and resource type) is sent to the Feed America platform API to return results, subject to the parent's privacy policy at feedam.org/privacy. Avoid entering personal details. The API and hosting provider process network information needed to answer requests.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request information, including IP addresses, to serve pages and prevent abuse.
Donations
Online donations are processed by PayPal under PayPal's privacy policy; we receive your name, email, and gift amount to issue receipts. Mailed checks: we keep donor records as required for IRS acknowledgment letters. We never sell or rent donor information.
If you email info@feedingfl.org, we use your message to respond and for nothing else.
Children
This site is a public information directory and does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal details. The request processing described above applies to all visitors.
